Eddie Bauer, Inc. is a leading apparel company seeking a motivated Store Operations Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement action plans to achieve sales goals and improve store operations.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and operational skills to maximize sales and drive business results.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and utilizing company tools to build brand loyalty.
- Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop a talented team of sales associates who are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee assigned areas of responsibility and ensure consistent execution of store standards for merchandising and operations.
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and employee development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and inventory levels.
- Perform POS transactions during designated shifts and assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $19-$23 per hour. In addition to your hourly wage, Eddie Bauer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a retirement plan with company match, paid time off programs, overtime pay (if hourly), flexible work schedule, and a generous employee discount program.
