About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team at Sunny's Salon & Spa as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.

Providing Information and Assistance

The Receptionist will provide basic information to clients and the public, answering their queries and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Telephone and Message Relay

The Receptionist will answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant staff members, ensuring that all communication is handled efficiently and effectively.

Personal Suitability
  • Excellent Oral Communication

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, able to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.

Organized and Reliable

The Receptionist will be highly organized and reliable, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities with ease.

Work Term and Hours

The Receptionist will work on a permanent basis, with a regular schedule of 30 hours per week.
