Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Arjan Liquor Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the counter area and shelves.
- Stocking and Receiving: Receive and stock merchandise, including liquor products.
- Participate in Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional activities, such as sales events and product demonstrations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
