Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dentistry Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, optimizing the appointment schedule, and managing patient calls and inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage appointment schedules, minimizing gaps and maximizing productivity
  • Effectively communicate with patients, handling calls, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 1 year of administration experience, preferably in a dental setting
  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
