Schedule and Benefits- This is a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a lasting positive impression.
- Optimize the appointment schedule to minimize gaps and ensure a productive day.
- Effectively manage recall systems and accurately maintain patient databases.
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from providers, and manage and file all patient records and charts.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year of administration experience, preferably in a dental setting.
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs are considered assets.
You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Work EnvironmentThis position is based in person, and you will be working with our team at Dentistry on Green Lane.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
