About the Role

Echelon 56 is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Plans: Create comprehensive communication plans to support business objectives, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of communications.
  • Content Creation: Develop and execute communications plans, including writing, editing, and publishing content across various channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop communication strategies that meet their needs.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of Echelon 56's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights for future improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant communications experience, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in web-based communication tools, including Mailchimp, SharePoint, Contently, Canva, and ClickUp.
