Job Summary
VCA Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Radiologist to join our team of veterinary specialists at the Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital.
About the Role
This part-time position involves interpreting diagnostic images to detect sites of injury or disease, writing detailed reports for consultations with other specialists, and staying up-to-date with advancing techniques and procedures in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Board Certification or residency training in Radiology
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex cases
- Expertise in various medical imaging equipment (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Digital radiography)
- Dedication to promoting team-based medicine practices
- Collaboration on the development of the radiology service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, pet owners, and the community
