About the Role

GMO-Z BUSINESS SUPPORT CANADA, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Credit Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Management: Coordinate and process invoices for clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Financial Transaction Oversight: Verify and validate financial transactions to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in financial systems and processes.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice to colleagues on financial matters, including merchandise and inventory management.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, workflow, and document management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SQL, Python, and Google Docs.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
