We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Trailer Sales Manager to join our team at Maxim Truck and Trailer. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, account managers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough appraisals of used trailers to determine market value and develop pricing strategies.
- Oversee the preparation and sale of used trailers, including arranging repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy-duty truck and trailer sales.
- Prior management experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and passport.
- Business administration degree or diploma an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
