We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Milner Group Ventures, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and loaders. They will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is in good working condition, performing routine maintenance tasks, and making repairs as needed.

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and operate heavy machinery safely.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $$$70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and loaders
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve equipment issues
  • Provide training to new staff members on equipment operation and maintenance
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and operation
  • Credentials: First Aid Certificate, Ground Disturbance - Level 1 program
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
