About the Role

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing routine maintenance work, loading and unloading construction materials, and assisting in various aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Work: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload construction materials from vehicles or storage facilities.
  • Construction Assistance: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the supervision of experienced professionals.
Work Environment

The Site Maintenance Technician will work outdoors on construction sites, often in noisy, dusty, and hot environments. They may be required to travel to different locations within an urban area, rural areas, or construction sites.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Will train candidates who are eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Physical Demands

The Site Maintenance Technician should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
