About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Westoba Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service and support, ensuring that our members receive a personalized and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Embrace a customer-centric approach, building strong relationships with members and promoting Westoba's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice and guidance to members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma plus job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
