Member Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Westoba Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service and support, ensuring that our members receive a personalized and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Embrace a customer-centric approach, referring members to relevant business partners and promoting Westoba's products and services.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our member base, promoting positive word-of-mouth and engaging with the community through social media and volunteer efforts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, combined with relevant experience in sales, service, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or service, preferably in the financial or retail industries.
- A forward-thinking and adaptable individual with a can-do attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A high-energy individual with a passion for growth and development, who is not afraid to take on new challenges.
