Savers is a leading thrift store operator with a mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.
Our Business Model
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. This includes providing excellent customer service, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, donors, and team members.
- Process donations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and donation area.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
