Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Tod Mountain Cafe. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physically demanding, with regular standing and walking required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a team environment.
