Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Blue Sky Supermarket. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meat: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, and prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Meat Processing: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, and wrap and package prepared meats.
- Meat Handling: Remove bones from meat, cut poultry into parts, and clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
- Meat Display: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products, and shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
As a Meat Cutter at Blue Sky Supermarket, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. This role requires physical demands, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
