Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized General Ledger Bookkeeper to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. As a General Ledger Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transactions: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, keep financial records, and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Statements: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

Requirements

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in this field of employment
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Ability to relocate for this position
