Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Services to join our team at Volkswagen Popular. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Oversee the processing of financial transactions, including financing and leasing of vehicles, to ensure compliance with financial institution standards.
  • Documentation and Signature Management: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documentation and signatures for financial transactions.
  • Sales and Rental Form Completion: Effectively complete sales and rental forms to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Fee Collection: Ensure that financing and insurance fees are collected in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Credit Application Management: Obtain and verify credit applications to ensure compliance with financial institution standards.
  • Payment Manipulation: Manage payments during transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Sales Contract Revision: Review and revise sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers and issue receipts.
  • Telephone and Email Solicitation: Engage with customers through telephone and email to solicit business and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience as a Financial Services Manager.

Software Skills:

  • SERTI - Admin: Proficient in using SERTI - Admin software.
  • Activix - CRM: Proficient in using Activix - CRM software.

Working Conditions:
