Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at Galion. As a key member of our treasury and accounting management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and update our cash flow management model to integrate the movements of our network companies.
- Monitor cash flow and debt on a project-by-project basis to ensure timely payments.
- Administer our banking system, setting up essential services for smooth operations while ensuring financial data security.
- Prepare and validate financial statements, calculate provisions for building operating costs, and conduct budget variance analyses.
- Supervise the accounting team, coordinate the budget process with other departments, and review financial statements prior to presentation to the VP Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance with accounting certification (CPA).
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in real estate accounting, analysis, budgeting, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in Office suite, particularly Excel.
