Job Title: Dining Room Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to join our team at Le Boisé Vanier, a friendly seniors' residence located along the St-Charles River. As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
* Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
* Perform other related duties
* Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
* Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
* Provide a high level of customer service
* Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general

Requirements:

* Customer service approach
* Strong interest in seniors
* Focused on teamwork and collaboration
* Concern for the well-being of seniors
* Patience and empathy
