Job Title: Dining Room Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team at Le Boisé Vanier, a friendly seniors' residence located along the St-Charles River.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the dining room operations, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the dining room staff and ensure excellent customer service
  • Coordinate meal services, including menu planning and food preparation
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe dining environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service
  • Manage guest reservations and ensure their comfort
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure effective communication with residents and staff
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
