Key Accountabilities

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Wonderbrands, you will be accountable for:

  • Supporting the production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Implementing Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices effectively.
  • Providing employee relations, health and safety, recruiting, training, time and attendance management, and other tasks as required.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Operations, Talent, and Development teams and team members.
  • Partnering with Leadership to drive strategic growth within the Talent and Development team.
  • Oversleeping all communications with employment agencies and assisting operations managers.

You will be working closely with the Operations, Talent, and Development teams to ensure effective implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
