Key Responsibilities
  • Event Design and Planning: Develop and execute event concepts, themes, and designs that align with our clients' business objectives and brand strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of event professionals to ensure seamless event execution, on-time delivery, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop event experiences that meet their expectations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including event production companies, caterers, and audio-visual suppliers.
  • Event Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within budget and that financial reports are accurate and timely.
  • Event Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance future event experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma in a related field, such as event management, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in event planning and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven track record of designing and delivering exceptional event experiences, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
