Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop game worlds that are rich in detail and depth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that game worlds meet the desired player experience
  • Iterate on game worlds based on feedback and playtesting
  • Establish design conventions and improve the design of game worlds
  • Support mission integrations and world events in levels

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of game industry experience as a level/world designer, especially on AAA titles
  • Strong understanding of space, flow, and pacing
  • Previous experience on AAA projects; open world is a plus
  • Proficient with Unreal Engine and related tools
  • Experience with procedural content generation is a plus
