Contact Center Operations Manager

AutoShack, a leading e-commerce company in the automotive aftermarket industry, is seeking a seasoned Contact Center Operations Manager to oversee our centralized Call Center in Stittsville, Ontario. This key role will play a vital part in our national growth strategy by centralizing customer interactions and driving operational success.
Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven professional with experience managing offshore teams, working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay, and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on motivation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the centralized Contact Center, managing both onsite and offshore teams
- Directly supervise offshore teams in the Philippines and South America, ensuring high performance and operational alignment
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and professional development initiatives to maintain team motivation and engagement
- Manage customer interactions across e-commerce platforms, ensuring team proficiency in key tools like NetSuite ERP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Talkdesk CRM
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive the adoption of AI-driven tools and technologies, enhancing automation and streamlining workflows
- Proven success in managing offshore teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, Talkdesk CRM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and AI-driven tools
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing performance metrics
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on motivation and engagement
This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus structure tied to key metrics such as customer satisfaction, team productivity, and operational efficiency. Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, is also provided.
