Job Opportunity:

Manitoba Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Immunologist to join our team. As an Allergist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, prescribing medications and treatment, and ordering lab tests and x-rays. You will also have the opportunity to work as a clinician investigator with protected research time and a proven track record in research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat diseases, prescribe medications and treatment, and order lab tests and x-rays
• Work as a clinician investigator with protected research time and a proven track record in research
• Collaborate with other physicians as required
• Conduct research and publish findings in high-impact journals
• Obtain peer-reviewed research funding from recognized granting agencies

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Allergy and Clinical Immunology
• Strong record of publications in high-impact journals commensurate with career stage
• Proven ability to obtain peer-reviewed research funding from recognized granting agencies
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in teaching, research, service, and other experiences
