Project Director

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and driving revenue growth through organic means.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
