Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our day-to-day operations and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our projects, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services we provide.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing opportunities for growth and development for our employees.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our projects are delivered in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and that we are managing risk effectively.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of our projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of our projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project management, operations management, and leadership.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
