Spectramedx Inc. is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to fill the role of Medical Device Sales Representative. This position requires a strategic and consultative sales approach to effectively understand customer needs and present our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote our products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) with direct hospital experience in Canada (mandatory).
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical device market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
