Job Summary

This role supports the Human Resources Business Partner in various capacities, including workforce planning, job description development, and HRIS data management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Business Partner to develop job descriptions and capture key responsibilities and accountabilities of all jobs within the organization.
  • Support the development of workforce planning templates and assist in capturing relevant HRIS data.
  • Assist in creating checklists and process notes for various HR processes and develop training modules for end users.
  • Provide support in pre-screening candidates and coordinating interviews, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or finished a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One year of HR experience (desirable)

Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
