Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation and evaluation of new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks and workloads to office support staff, promoting collaboration and productivity.
  • Establish clear priorities and ensure adherence to established protocols and deadlines.
  • Carry out various administrative activities to support the smooth operation of the establishment.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and produce periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
