Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation and evaluation of new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate tasks and workloads to office support staff, promoting collaboration and productivity.
- Establish clear priorities and ensure adherence to established protocols and deadlines.
- Carry out various administrative activities to support the smooth operation of the establishment.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile data and produce periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
