Nurse Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology Leadership Role

The Clinical Nurse Specialist is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with critical care experience, playing a crucial role as an expert clinician, consultant, researcher, and educator.
We are seeking an individual with strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and staff development abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A current Florida license
- An MSN degree with CNS certification in critical care or currently enrolled in the program
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong ICU clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing practice and consultation services
- Conduct research and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement educational programs for staff
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
