About the Job

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee all aspects of our retail stores, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering financial results, managing labor controls, and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Complete observations of store employees' interactions with customers, providing feedback for development and coaching conversations.
  • Assist with customer-related issues that positively impact the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand and expectations.
  • Own store success, taking ownership of store employees' work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
  • Support operational excellence by monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and implementing new store programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and store management software.
