About the JobWe are seeking an experienced manager to oversee all aspects of our retail stores, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering financial results, managing labor controls, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Complete observations of store employees' interactions with customers, providing feedback for development and coaching conversations.
- Assist with customer-related issues that positively impact the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand and expectations.
- Own store success, taking ownership of store employees' work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
- Support operational excellence by monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and implementing new store programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and store management software.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
