Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sai Estate. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer and technology skills, including MS Office, MS Outlook, and database software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
