Job Title: SAP Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Manager to join our team at PrecisionERP Incorporated. This is a permanent, career role that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits and work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, aligning with business requirements and strategic goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to both SAP technical and functional teams across the project lifecycle
  • Developing roadmaps, delivery planning, project plans and be able to present these to senior leaders
  • Provide career guidance, coaching and mentoring for a team of direct reporting analysts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP system architecture, with expertise in at least two of the following SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM or BASIS, ABAP, BW, PI
  • Strong technical background in SAP coupled with Management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Experience with leadership for complex SAP system deployments
  • Experience with change management procedures, segregation of duties design and implementation
  • Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Strong leadership experience leading diverse teams, managing through change, building high performing teams of direct reports
  • Experience building relationships across business stakeholders
  • Eligible for a Federal Government Security Clearance (minimum 5 years in Canada)
