Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Farm Worker. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in crop maintenance and farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers and other agricultural products to crops
  • Clean and maintain crops to ensure optimal growth and quality
  • Cut and harvest crops using manual and mechanical equipment
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure maximum yield
  • Weeding and other crop maintenance tasks
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market
Work Environment

As a General Farm Worker, you will work in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently, and may be exposed to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
