Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Farm Worker to join our team at Fraser Blu Properties Ltd.

Work Setting:

Our farm is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of crops and equipment. You will be responsible for applying fertilizers, cleaning the crops, cutting agricultural crops, planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as weeding and harvesting crops.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers to crops
  • Clean the crops to ensure quality
  • Cut agricultural crops using various equipment
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth
  • Weed crops to prevent competition for resources
  • Harvest crops at the appropriate time
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires a physically demanding work environment with fast-paced tasks, tight deadlines, and repetitive activities. You must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
