Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable General Farm Worker to join our team at Fraser Blu Properties Ltd.

Work Setting

Our farm is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of crops and equipment. You will be responsible for applying fertilizers, cleaning crops, cutting agricultural crops, planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as weeding and harvesting crops.

Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops
  • Clean and maintain crops
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Weed and maintain crop growth
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a physically demanding work environment with repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and a fast-paced atmosphere. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.

Weight Handling

You will be required to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.
