Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Farm Worker to join our team at Fraser Blu Properties Ltd.

Work Setting

Our farm is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of crops and equipment. As a General Farm Worker, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, cleaning crops, cutting agricultural crops, planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as weeding and harvesting crops.

Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops
  • Clean and maintain crops
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Weed and harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Examine product for quality and readiness for market
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a physically demanding work environment with fast-paced tasks, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a variety of weather conditions.
