Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient service workflows to ensure timely completion of customer work orders.
  • Standards and Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all aspects of the service department operate in accordance with established standards and policies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the service department budget to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Customer Communication: Prepare quotes for customer work orders and communicate with customers regarding the status of their work orders.
  • Safety and Industry Standards: Ensure that all work is performed according to established safety and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 Years' Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years' progressive experience in service management and business, including experience as a journeyperson heavy duty mechanic and supervisor in the heavy duty equipment industry.
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and exercise sound judgment when dealing with customers.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and branch personnel at all levels.
  • Self-Motivated and Willing to Learn: Self-motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply new knowledge and skills, and share knowledge with others.
  • Able to Travel: Must be able to travel to customer worksites and perform tasks related to resolving concerns and diagnostics.

We are offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
