C & K Farms Ltd. is seeking an experienced Agricultural Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As an Agricultural Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining farm equipment, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring that crops are cultivated and harvested to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair farm equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular quality control checks on crops to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets
  • Participate in rotational crop planning to ensure a diverse range of produce is grown
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
