Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at Pho Boi Restaurant Mayfair Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement operational procedures to determine the type of services to be offered
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
  • Cost products and services to maintain profitability
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth running of the restaurant
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
