Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Pho Boi Restaurant Mayfair Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist with marketing and promotion efforts, including social media, advertising, and events.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is located in an urban area, and we are open 7 days a week. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
