Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Everest Fresh Mart Inc.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
