Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Everest Fresh Mart Inc.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, increasing sales and revenue.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the store operates within budget.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
