  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
Work Environment:

The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will require attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
