Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staffing levels.
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
    • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide personalized service to regular customers and build strong relationships.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English.
