Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at G4U Security Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' premises, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including offices, warehouses, and other secure facilities. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
