We are seeking a highly skilled Junior IT Specialist to join our Division Services team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional end-user support and service to our Toronto Homebuilding business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide prompt and professional support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  2. Collaborate with IT Service Delivery Leads to manage incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across divisions, promoting awareness of remote office activities.
  4. Ensure adherence to defined processes and procedures, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
  5. Partner with People & Culture and business leads to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  6. Provide training to users on Mattamy processes and applications, ensuring a high level of proficiency.
  7. Manage hardware and software ordering and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  8. Maintain accurate records of user hardware and software, ensuring up-to-date information.
  9. Manage distribution groups and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) related issues.
  10. Deploy and troubleshoot Konica Minolta printers, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Requirements
  1. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
  2. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a Windows and/or Mac environment.
  3. Understanding of Wide Area Network and LAN technologies.
  4. Demonstrated experience in client support, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong customer and vendor relationship management skills.
  7. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving, with strong decision-making capability.
  8. Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
