We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at AR Basement Developer. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction work meets quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Cost Management: Estimate and manage costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
